Our venue is situated on 2582 m a.s.l. Therefore, the weather conditions are sometimes a bit inconstant. As long as the safety of the audience and the crew is assured, we will play under any weather conditions.
If the weather is too bad to hold a performance, this will be announced on the website by midday (or 11.00 a.m. on Sundays). In this case, tickets can be rebooked for another performance. Tickets will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation of the performance
There is a barcode on your ticket. In the case of cancellation this barcode becomes a «promotion code». Now you can use that code to purchase a ticket for any remaining performance (same price category).
In the case of cancellation tickets can be rebooked. Tickets will not be refunded. When completing a ticket order, you have the option of taking out a ticket insurance with ALLIANZ at a cost of CHF 5.00 per ticket. If you have taken this insurance, you will be refunded the full cost of the ticket in case of unforeseen events, such as illness, accidents or a car breakdown on the way to the event. You can find more information about this in our General Terms and Conditions. Tickets without insurance can be neither exchanged nor refunded.
